Your report is made and delivered as soon as payment is confirmed.
When we refund
If the report does not open or you did not receive it, write to — within 7 days with your order number and we will fix it or refund in full. Double payments are refunded automatically.
How long it takes
Refunds go back to the same UPI, card or bank account within 5–7 working days.
When we cannot refund
Once a report has been delivered and opened we cannot refund because you did not agree with it.
