What we collect
Free readings: nothing is saved. Your details are used to make the result and then discarded.
Paid reports: your name, date, time and place of birth, email and mobile number, the report you bought and the payment reference. We ask for your consent before saving.
Why
To make your report, send it to you, show it again in My reports, issue an invoice and answer your questions. With your separate consent only, to send festival dates and offers.
Who helps us
Razorpay processes payments (we never see your card or UPI details). Mailgun sends our emails. Our hosting provider stores the website and database in India or the EU.
How long
Report details are kept while you may need the report. You can delete them any time from My reports. Invoices are kept for 8 years as tax law requires, without your birth details.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent. Use My reports or write to —. Grievance officer: —.
